My name is Gyanendra Pandey and I am a Tax Consultant and Web Developer. I have around 20+ years of professional experience working with leading industries such as Export Houses, Drone and Electronics Industry.
I gained strong expertise in GST, Import–Export compliance, Income Tax, accounting, business registrations, and regulatory compliance management.
Later, I also developed an interest in Web Design and Development and started learning website development. So far, I have successfully developed 10+ websites for clients in India and overseas.
In 2021, I started my own venture called “OMODIGITAL Financial Services.” It turned out to be a successful startup, and in the first year itself the business generated over $20k+ in revenue, which motivated me to continue growing and expanding my services.

About the Company
OMODIGITAL Financial Services was established in 2021 in Gurugram, one of India’s fastest-growing business hubs. The company was founded with the aim of providing reliable finance, compliance, and digital business solutions to individuals, startups, and growing businesses.
Before starting OMODIGITAL, the founder Gyanendra Pandey worked in the finance sector in Gurugram as a CFO, gaining extensive experience in GST, Income Tax, accounting, import–export compliance, and business registrations while working with different industries.
With this professional experience, OMODIGITAL was established in the heart of Cyber Hub City, Gurugram,
with a vision to simplify complex financial and regulatory processes for businesses.
Today, OMODIGITAL provides a wide range of services including GST registration and return filing, Income Tax consultation, business registrations, MSME registration, Digital Signature Certificates, Import–Export compliance, and accounting services.
